Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 6.

Put the broccoli in a blender or use a hand blender to mix it until it reaches the consistency of rice grains.

Pour the mixed broccoli into a bowl, crack the eggs and mix the mass with grated parmesan, half of the grated mozzarella and season with salt, pepper and herbs of Provence.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper

Put the mixture into a pizza mold and place it in the oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with tomato sauce and garnish with peperoni, red peppers and the remaining grated mozzarella.

Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
