Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 3.

Break the chocolate bar into small pieces.

Then place a bowl in a steam bath and add the chocolate and butter to melt.

Mix well.

Crack open the eggs and separate the egg yolk from the egg white.

Remove the bowl from the steam bath. Wait until the mix cools down. Now you can add and mix the whipped cream, salt, stevia and an egg yolk. Then add another yolk, mix, and repeat this process with the rest of the egg yolk.

Beat the egg white with a whisk or a hand mixer.

Now, carefully mix with a spoonful of the chocolate mass.

The entire mix is then poured into a cake mold and baked for 30 minutes in the oven.

Let the cake cool for 30 minutes, cut it into pieces and serve on a plate. Optionally, you can garnish the low carb cake with a scoop of yogurt and fruit.
