Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the cream cheese and the butter with a hand mixer in a separate bowl, until you obtain a smooth mass.

Then add one egg and vanilla extract.

Stir again with the hand mixer.

Now add ⅓ of the dry mass and continue mixing.

Add another egg.

Now add half of the remaining dry mass, stir and another egg and continue stirring.

Add the last half of the dry mass and mix everything together.

Add the cream and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mass.

Add the cranberries and use a spoon to fold them in.

Pour the dough mixture into a suitable muffin mold and bake for 20-30 minutes. With a wooden stick, you can check whether the dough is ready. Just put it in the muffin - if the stick is dry, the muffin is ready.
