Season the beef with salt, pepper and paprika spice and shape it into a round, flat meatball. You can use a circular shape for this.

Heat a pan with coconut oil and fry the meat from both sides as desired.

Remove the meat from the pan and place it aside.

Crack the egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper

Heat the pan again, place the circular shape in the middle and fill it with the egg mass.
