Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

In a bowl, mix the spinach with the cream and one egg. Season the whole mass with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Roast the bacon in a pan.

Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and add both to the pan.

Now add the spinach mixture and place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes

Take the quiche out of the oven, serve on a plate and enjoy!
