Heat a pan, cut the bacon into cubes, and fry it.

Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them with curd, 2/3 of the grated cheese and almond flour.

Pour the mixture into a suitable pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Take the pan out of the oven, spread the flame cake with crème fraîche, put the bacon on it and sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the grated cheese.

Bake again for 15 minutes.

Once the cheese is melted, you can take the tarte flambée out of the oven.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped chives.
