First of all make the Oopsies. Separate the egg yolk from the white.

Add the egg yolk to the cream cheese and mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the baking powder until stiff.

Now all ingredients are mixed in one bowl.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper and form dough circles with a ladle on it.

Finally, the Oopsies are baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius / 300 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 2.

In the meantime you can make the avocado cream. Wash, peel, halve and pit the avocado.

Mash the avocado with a fork to get a paste. Season with salt and pepper.

Once the oopsies are baked, allow them to cool and spread with the avocado cream. Finally garnish with your preferred ingredients. We recommend feta, pomegranate, rocket salad or chilli.
