First wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit/ Gas Mark 4.

Next place baking paper on a baking tray.

Full the cup of the mushrooms (where the stem used to be) with the marinara sauce, then sprinkle grated mozzarella on top as well as small-cut salami pieces.

Now place the filled mushrooms on the baking tray.

Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
