Take the butter out of the refrigerator, and leave it for a while at room temperature for it to soften.

Heat a pan and let the half of the butter melt slowly.

Meanwhile, you can chop the rosemary and garlic cloves.

Add the rosemary to the pan with the melted butter and stir.

Fry the mixture for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic clove and stir again. Continue frying for a moment.

Remove the pan from the stove and mix the melted butter with the other half in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
