First, the steak must be removed from the refrigerator and left for a while at room temperature.
Then heat the coconut oil in a large pan.
Now you can put the steak on the pan. Fry for 1 minute from each side until it appears browned.
Reduce the heat to a medium temperature and season the steak with salt and pepper. Fry for 2 minutes and turn the steak. Then remove from the pan and let it rest.

Add the orange pieces, the pomegranate seeds, and the walnuts. Pour the rest of the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
