First, the steak must be removed from the refrigerator and left for a while at room temperature.

Then heat the coconut oil in a large pan.

Now you can put the steak on the pan. Fry for 1 minute from each side until it appears browned.

Reduce the heat to a medium temperature and season the steak with salt and pepper. Fry for 2 minutes and turn the steak. Then remove from the pan and let it rest.

Meanwhile, you can peel and cut the oranges. The rest of the orange can be pressed so that you get freshly squeezed orange juice.

Now you can mix the ingredients (freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, mustard, olive oil) in a cup and season with salt and pepper. This will be the delicious dressing.

Wash the rocket and strain it. Next cut the iceberg salad into small pieces and mix them with the rocket. Pour some of the homemade dressing over the salad.

Cut the pomegranate in half and take out the seeds.
