Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Halve the bell peppers lengthwise.

Now the onion and the meat are fried in a pan.

Then add the chopped garlic clove, tomatoes and season with pepper, salt and the Italian spice mixture. Close the pan with a suitable lid and cook the mixture for 30 minutes.
