Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Cut the chicken breast down the side with a knife so that a kind of "sack" is created.

Heat the butter in a pan until it melts.

Fry some onion and garlic in the pan for about 3-5 minutes.

Add the spinach and fry for 2 minutes or until the moisture evaporates from the spinach.

Let the pan cool down.
