Cut the onion, the garlic and the celery into equal pieces.

Finely chop the basil, thyme and dill.

Heat up 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan.

When the oil starts bubbling, sauté the onions for about 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and celery chunks and fry them until they are soft.

Take the pan off the heat and let the ingredients cool down. Afterwards, put them in a bowl together with the mincemeat.

Add the chopped herbs, the mustard and some salt and pepper and mix it all together thoroughly with your hands.

Make similar-sized meat balls.

Heat up the remaining 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan.

Fry the balls evenly on every side, add the beef broth and cook for about 3 minutes. Take the meat balls out of the pan.

Add the cream cheese to the boiling beef broth and mix it in well.

Reduce the heat and put the meat balls in the sauce so that they can adopt its flavour.
Serve them on a plate.
