Place 60 ml of almond milk for 24 hours in the freezer.

Fill half of the firm almond milk into a blender and add 1 cup of liquid almond milk, matcha and vanilla extract.

Blend everything together into a homogeneous mass.

Now pour the liquid into a suitable glass and garnish with the remaining half of the almond milk ice cubes. Optionally, you can decorate the drink with Matcha powder.
