Cut the cucumber, the peppers, the tomatoes, the onion, the avocado, the garlic clove and the chilli into small pieces. Fill everything into a blender.

Add coriander and lemon juice and season with salt.

Blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

Place the mass in the refrigerator for at least one hour, so that the individual ingredients can unfold their aroma.

Fill the gazpacho into a small bowl. Optionally you can garnish with some cucumber, pepper, chilli and onion pieces and decorate with coriander leaves.
