vanilla extract (4.8g)
coconut flakes (10g)
pumpkin seeds (20g)

Place baking paper on a baking tray,
Chop the almonds and mix them in a large bowl with the pumpkin seeds, the coconut flakes and the hemp seeds.
Heat a small pan and pour the honey and the butter into it. Let the butter melt and mix it with the honey. Then add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Let the mixture cook for 2-4 minutes, mix all the time and wait until the mass appears thick, sticky and a little brownish. Then add erythritol and stir quickly. Turn off the heat.
Pour the whole mixture into the bowl with the nuts and mix everything together.
Fill the mass into a suitable mold and smooth it with a kitchen spatula
Let the mass rest. As soon as this becomes firm, you can take it out of the mold and cut it into bars with a sharp knife.
