First, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5.

Separate the cauliflower into florets.

Put the cauliflower florets and the garlic on a piece of aluminium foil.

Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper. Add a few oregano leaves and mix with olive oil.

Roll the aluminum foil up and place it in the oven for 50 minutes.

Next, fill a blender with the contents from the aluminum foil and add the cream.

Blend the mixture into a homogeneous mass.

Depending on your taste, you can season the puree with salt and pepper.

Garnish with chopped chives and serve as a side dish or as a single meal.
