Cauliflower rice with chorizo

red pepper (30g)
clove of garlic (3g)
black pepper (1g)
red pepper powder (0.9g)

First, grate the cauliflower on a vegetable slicer.
Heat a pan with coconut oil and fry the chorizo.
In the meantime you can cut the onion and the peppers into small pieces.
Add the onion pieces first and fry them for a short time, then add the peppers and mix everything together.
In the meantime you can chop the garlic.
Add the garlic and the cauliflower rice.
Mix everything together and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika spice.
Crack an egg into the pot. Cook and stir continuously until the egg is mixed up with the other ingredients.
Serve on a plate, optionally garnish with chives.
