Chicken Breast and Vegetable Wok

Ingredient list for 1 portion
chili spices (2.7g)
soy sauce (1.06g)
chicken breast fillet (1000g)
clove of garlic (6g)
sesame oil (10g)

In a pre-heated wok you add sesame oil and ginger.
Add the chicken breast in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes.
Then you can add the soy sauce and the remaining spices.
Then wash and cut the broccoli and carrot and add it into the wok pan. Fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
Now the shallots and onions are added.
Fry everything for 2-3 minutes longer and the delicious chicken-vegetable wok is finished.
