Eggs with mayonnaise stuffing

black pepper (0.04g)
light mayonnaise (10g)

Fill a pot with water and add the eggs. Cook them for 6 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the pot, let them cool down and peel them. Then you halve the eggs.
Remove the egg yolk and mix it with mayonnaise, mustard and salt and pepper in a bowl
Cut a freezer bag at a corner, fill it with the egg yolk mass, close it with the zip and press the filling into the hollowed eggs.
Serve the stuffed eggs on a plate and garnish with chopped chives.
