Salmon with a Herb-Parmesan Crust

fresh thyme (0.4g)
black pepper (0.04g)
clove of garlic (3g)
grated parmesan cheese (10g)

Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5 and take a baking tray and put baking paper on it.
Place the salmon fillet on the baking tray.
Now mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, chopped garlic and thyme in a bowl.
Melt the butter in the microwave until it becomes liquid.
Add the melted butter to the bowl with the breadcrumbs and mix by hand.
Then you evenly spread this mix over the salmon on both sides.
Bake the fillet for about 10-12 minutes until the salmon is done and the crust appears golden.
Remove the salmon fillet from the oven, serve on a plate and enjoy!
