Chop the garlic cloves and the thyme.

Heat some coconut oil in a large pan and fry the garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the pan.

Add the wine and continue cooking for 3 minutes until the wine evaporates.

Now fill the mass into a blender and add olives, capers and oregano.

Mix everything together into a homogeneous mass.
