Heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius / 300 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 2.

The egg yolk is separated from the egg white. Both are put to separate bowls.

Then 30 g of cream cheese are added to the egg yolk and mixed well.

The egg white is then mixed with the baking powder and strongly beat. Use a hand mixer.
