First, the mango is washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Place a few mango slices aside for side decoration.

Then the almond milk is poured into a mixer with the mango and thoroughly blended.

Pour this mix into a bowl/glass that already has the Chia seeds inside and mix the pudding.

Garnish the pudding with the remaining mangoes.

We recommend to keep the chia pudding in the fridge overnight.
