First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 4.

Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, salt) in a large bowl.

Now add the melted butter, cream, eggs and optionally some vanilla extract, and mix well.

Now add the blueberries and stir gently.

Place baking paper on a baking tray.

Form cookies with your hands and place them on the baking tray.

Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes.

Let the cookies cool down and serve on a plate. You can store them in a cookie jar.
