Preheat the oven to 200 degrees / 375 degrees Fahrenheit / Gas Mark 5 of top and bottom heat.

Mix the coconut powder with the almond flour, poppy seed powder, baking powder and salt.

Now add the apple cider vinegar, the egg white and mix the mixture well.

240 ml of hot water are added and mixed again.

Wait a while until the bread dough has cooled down. Now the dough is made into the desired shape by hand and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake the bread in the oven for 90 minutes.

Once the bread has cooled down, you can take it out of the mold and let it cool for 3-4 hours. It is recommended to place the bread on a grate, as it gives off more heat and moisture from the bottom.
