Wash and cut all the vegetables into small cubes.

Heat coconut oil in a pot and fry the onion and the garlic.

Now add the minced beef and fry until it appears brownish.

Add the peppers, the celery and mushrooms and fry the whole mixture.

Season with paprika powder, cayenne pepper, oregano. caraway, salt and pepper.

Add the tomato sauce and water.

Cook the soup for 10 minutes. Close the pot with a lid.

Finally serve the goulash soup in a soup plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
