First, peel the mini cucumbers, cut the ends off and cut them into cubes.

Then halve and pit the avocado. Use a knife to cut it into small cubes.

Now drizzle the avocado with some lemon juice.

Now put the avocado, the mini cucumbers, the chilli and the shallot in a salad bowl.

Finally wash and add the rocket salad.

In a separate bowl you can now prepare the dressing.
Mix the mustard, the Greek yoghurt, the olive oil, and optionally a shot of apple vinegar together and season with salt, pepper and grated ginger.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together.

Serve on a plate and optionally garnish with chili.
